"Top Blade has gained itself a bit of fame now and we decided to give a try~ We ordered fried calamari and meatballs with mashed potato for entrées. The fried calamari was cooked nicely, but I think the calamari wasn’t as fresh and it seemed to me that the batter was too thick. Meatballs were nice. I only wished that the tomato sauce could be a bit more acidic (tomato-y). The sauce I had was a bit too sweet. But the mashed potato was delicious, I think a touch of sour cream (if I’m not wrong) elevated the dish and gave it a fresh take! For main course, I ordered a herby flat iron steak 12oz. As recommended, I ordered it to be cooked medium, but I was served a medium-rare. A top blade steak is a cut that is very rich in flavour and not as tender. When undercooked like mine, it is quite gamy… Fries were nice!"

"It’s Top Blade warroom I went. The best service I have ever had. The atmosphere is so cool, with the agents styled in a World War II theme. I chose this place for my partner's birthday, and he loves it. The food is extremely reasonable—$798 for an 8-course high-quality meal. Plus, there was no charge for bringing in a birthday cake. The staff is super nice; out of respect, they ask if you prefer to have the explanation in English or Chinese. I've never had this option in Hong Kong, even in high-class restaurants. This is very respectful. Also, the staff member “Yin” assisted us in changing the food due to my partner's allergies."

"Excellent Ilberico pork, normal steak and fair all you can eat fries. The truffle taste of the fries was a bit artificial sadly. Another excellent for the hazelnut chocolate tart tho. Overall not bad, but could have done better. Seatings were not as spacious as well given its price range."

The outer crust had the ideal crispiness, while the inside was a succulent haven of meaty goodness. The salad was a refreshing and vibrant mix of greens that perfectly complemented the robust flavors of the steak. It added a delightful contrast and a burst of freshness to the meal. ⏰ However, I must confess that there was one tiny hiccup. The set lunch didn't include any carbs unless you opted for fries instead of salad, which left me feeling a bit hungry afterward. So, if you're someone who needs a heartier meal, you might want to consider ordering some additional sides to satisfy your appetite."
